This is a very simple and extraordinarily delicious self-saucing chocolate pudding. Best with Blue Ribbon ice cream :D
60g butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup s.r. flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
1. melt butter and sugar in saucepan
2. sift flour and cocoa over top
3. beat in egg and milk
4. grease an oven proof dish (e.g. souffle dish) and pour in pudding
sauce
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/3 cup caster sugar
1 cup hot water
1. mix sugar and cocoa and sift over pudding
2. carefully pour hot water over the back of a spoon over the pudding so as to not make holes in the pudding
Cook at 180 deg C for 35 mins, and voila! Delicious chocolate pudding!

I actually prefer this cake over cakes with real chocolate in them, mostly because it's so light and more-ish :)

Thanks for a very simple recipe
I think my daughter will like this as an occasional dessert. It really appears to be very simple to make. I may try a litte high quality vanilla or maple in the recipe for a different twist.PS. Visit me at: http://www.egourmetstore.com/
